History of Rouleau Gallery
This business started out as a joke. Everyone was dubious towards us when we were brain storming. Earning money is a water loo to everyone but then we realize, not everyone of course. There are clients who would spend much on fashion. Especially those who are passionate for fashion and fashion investors. People like celebrities, fashion designers, models, fash-bloggers and fashion queens at heart. Rouleau Gallery may have started out as a joke but then business is still business and it goes and goes for as long as we focus on it. Our main goal is to make Philippines the fashion center of South-East Asia and without the help of our fellow Filipinos this will be a null dream.
What's with the hair rollers?
Hair rollers makes our company rolling. It is our Trademark and most of all it adds an accent to an otherwise boring picture. Rouleau is a french word for rollers which makes sense because it is also our company name.
Who is behind Rouleau?
The people behind Rouleau Gallery wants to remain anonymous, but who knows? maybe someday they'll show themselves out.

Terms and Condition
COVERAGE: Rouleau Gallery shall provide you with quality
products for a fee of ___________, that consist of _______ quantity of products
that the Client has opted to order based on the order form that was filled-out
to begin the transaction.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All products and orders of any quantity
must be paid in advance on or before the said schedule of a certain item.
Payments can be made only through LBC, western union and BPI upon the approval
of any Rouleau staff that has an access to the mobile numbers, E-mail address,
Instagram and Facebook accounts. Payment through BPI should be deopsited to any
BPI Branch Nationwide through account number _____________, Account name:
Andrea Indah L. Delgado. The client must scan and keep the deposit slip, which
will serve as a temporary receipt.
RESERVATION: Reservation of items or products must be (3)
three days before the cut off of Orders. Reservation is subject for approval of
Rouleau Administrators. Reservation on any item is allowed with-in (2) two or
more products. (1) one quantity of a product is not approved.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION: Should the Client decide to
terminate the reservation, the Client must immediately inform the Rouleau
Administrators. Failing of not doing will result to the product being
automatically open for another Client. The Client who does not inform
immediately will be block listed and will not be entertained in any of the
Rouleau Accounts.
PRE-TERMINTION BY CLIENT: Should the Client decides to
discontinue the order, the Client should submit a feed-back of his or her
reason upon canceling. Canceling is only applicable for Clients who are already
paid.

Rouleau Gallery will not grant refunds for pre-termination
of the Order for reasons that cannot be attributed to the qualities of Rouleau
Gallery products.
DELIVERY: The Client shall be subjected to the amount of 100
for local areas around Metro Manila and/or the amount of _________ for
provincial areas. The amount to be paid is for shipping fee.
Delay of delivery will get their shipping fee as a
refund.
We will not grant refund to the products that were damaged by the courier.
We will not grant refund to the products that were damaged by the courier.
Immediately inform Rouleau Administrators if the item hasn't
been delivered atleast (1) one day after the scheduled delivery. Failing to do
so will not have the priveledge of the shipping fee refund.
